Terms and Conditions — Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival Livestream

These terms govern your access to the free livestream provided by the Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

The livestream is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You must not record, reproduce, share, or redistribute the stream or any part of it. Access details are for your personal use and must not be passed on to others.

We collect your name, email address, and age range. Your name and email address are collected to provide access to the stream. Your age range is collected for audience analytics purposes. We will not share your personal data with third parties, except where you have explicitly consented to this during registration.
